We source our teas directly from small-batch growers and store them in climate-controlled, airtight environments. Each order is hand-packed at the time of purchase to ensure you receive the most vibrant flavor and aroma possible.
What is the standard shipping time for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I return tea products if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or the quality is not as expected, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our unique blends to tea lovers worldwide in the near future.
